| 摘 要： | 12PSDT185型喷油泵试验台是用于调整、试验和检测190系列柴油机喷油泵的专用设备。其主要技术特点是：试验台的驱动轴与喷油泵凸轮轴相互垂直；采用先进的交流变频调速技术；试验台机体坚固耐振；采用耐压精滤清器，确保油量测试准确；采用制冷机组散热，实现传感自动恒温控制；变频调速的传动效率较高，扭大；喷油泵安装定位准确可靠；有足够的转动惯量，瞬时转速稳定，波动值小，符合ISO标准要求；可准确测量左、右两喷油泵供油间隔角度、供油提前角和供油始点等。

| Abstract: | Model 12PSDT 185 fuel injection pump test stand is a special equipment used for adjustment, test and inspechon ofthe fuel injection pump for Series 190 diesel engines. The main technical features of the stand include: the output shafof the stand being vertical with the countershaft of the fuel injection pump, advanced variable-frequency speed regulationtechnique being adopted, the test stand boy being firm and vibration-resistant, accurate measurement of oil volume andautomatic constant temperature control of the engine, high driving efficiency and large driving moment, reasonable loca-tion of fuel injection pump, sufficient lntating inertia and stahle instantaneous rotaIy speed, and accurate measurment ofangular interval and angular advance and starting point of oil supply of right and left pumps. |
