前置式游梁抽油机悬点加速度计算的新方法

摘    要:利用平面几何关系,列复数方程并分步求解,推导出一套计算前置式游梁抽油机悬点加速度的数学公式。推导时,从抽油机各构件的几何关系着手,根据三角形余弦和正弦定理,把连杆与游梁的铰接点C的线加速度分解为法向分量和切向分量,并把实部和虚部分开加以整理。对CYJQ83—37(H)Q前置式气动平衡抽油机进行计算,其结果与利用P.H.施依先柯解析法计算的结果一致。用此方法可将前置式游梁抽油机悬点加速度的计算大为简化。

Abstract:According to the geometric relationships between the compoent parts of a beam pumping unit, based on the princi-ple of plane geometry, equations for calculating the polished rod acceleration of a front mounted beam pumping unit areworked out. The polished ed acceleration of Medel CYJQ8 - 3 - 37(H)Q pneumatic balanced front mounted pumping u-nit is calculated by using these equations, the result accords with that calculated by using the analytic method, and thecalculaon is simple.
