摘    要:正确地计算抽油泵阀的开启压差是分析抽油泵工作性能与优化抽油泵结构尺寸的基础。系统地分析了目前国内文献所介绍的几种抽油泵阀开启压差的计算方法,并指出了其中的不足。计算泵阀开启压差的关键是合理地计算泵阀阀球与阀座密封面上的液体压力,假设了这一密封面上液体压力沿密封弦是线性分布的,并推导出泵阀开启压差的计算公式。计算分析结果表明,抽油泵阀的开后压差只与抽油泵阀的结构和结构尺寸有关,而与泵的沉没压力和排出压力无关。

Abstract:Correct calculation of pressure drop over the valves of sucker red pumps is a base for working performance analysis and structure optimization of the pump. The methods for calculating the pressure drop presented in some literatures are analyzed systematically, and the shortcomings of these methods are pointed out. The key to pressure drop calculation lies in correct calculation of liquid pressure on the sealing surface between valve ball and seat, by assuming the liquid pressure on the sealing surface being distributed linearly along the sealing chord, an equation for calculating the pressure dropon the pump valve is worked out. Calculation shows that the pressule drop has relation to the structure and size of the pump, and bears no relation to the submerged pressure and discharging pressure of the pump.
