稠油热采井下工具试验装置

摘    要:稠油热采井下工具试验装置由井下工具试验台架和测试控制系统组成。井下工具试验台架主机采用四柱框架式结构,工作平稳、安全可靠;装置的执行机构由液压系统驱动,动作灵敏、准确,调节、控制方便。测试控制系统可实现试验数据的自动采集、处理和分析,并对模拟试验过程进行全方位监视。试验装置还可真实地模拟井下工作环境,为试验工具提供可靠的试验数据。对各种工具近百次的试验表明,这种试验装置具有准确、可靠、先进的试验性能。

Abstract:The test unit for downhole tools for heavy oil thermal recovery consists of test stand and control mechanism. The test stand adopts four-pole framework structure which ensures smooth and reliable operation. The executive mechanism of the unit driven by a hydraulic system operates precisely and sensitively and can be controlled conveniently. The control mechanism is provided for realizing automatic data acquisition, processing and analysis and monitoring the course of the simulation test in all directions. The unit can be used to simulate the real downhole working conditions, providing reliable data of the test tools. Many tests show that the test unit is precise, reliable and advanced.
