大庆油田螺杆泵采油实践及认识

摘    要:介绍了近几年大庆油田应用螺杆系采油技术及配套工艺技术、螺杆泵的开发与检测等方面所取得的科研成果和成功经验。根据实践,认为螺杆泵的设计与制造、定子橡胶的选择、螺杆泵的检测和螺杆泵井最优工况的实现是螺杆泵采油的技术关键,而螺杆泵的标准化和系列化、定子橡胶的综合性能分析及评价、采油螺杆系的优化设计、螺杆泵采油系统的能耗特性分析等是螺杆泵采油尚须解决的问题。最后提出了关于螺杆泵采油技术的6点新认识。

Abstract:Development and application of progressive cavity pump (PCP) in Daqing Oilfield in reeent years are summarized. Itis pointed out that, the keys to PCP technique for oil pumping lies in the design and manufacturing of PCP, selection of stator rubber, inspection of PCP and realizing of optimum working condition of PCP wells, and the problems to be soluted include standanlization and seriation or PCP, analysis and evaluation of synthetic property of stator rubber, optimization ofPCP for oil pumping, analysis of characteristic of power consumption of PCP system. New ideas of PCP technique for oilpumping are presented.
