电加热空心抽油杆驱动螺杆泵装置

摘    要:新研制的电加热空心抽油杆驱动螺杆泵装置采用空心杆驱动螺杆泵,抗扭承载能力比相同横截面积的实心杆增大近1倍。通过向空心杆内孔下入整体电缆,经终端器使电缆和空心杆内壁构成回路,利用交流电的集肤效应原理使杆壁发热,进而加热油管内原油,达到防止油管内壁结蜡,增加原油流动性,降低杆柱承受的摩擦扭矩及防止杆柱断脱之目的。试验和应用情况证明,这种装置具有加热段长、加热均匀和加热功率可调等特点,特别适合于开采高粘、高凝和高含蜡原油。

Abstract:Newly developed electric heating hollow rod drive screw pump system adopts hollow sucker rod to drive the screw pump. It has twice the antitorque capacity of the hollow rod with the same cross section. By running integral cable into the hoilow rod, forming a circuit by the cable and the rod, and making the rod wall heat by means of the skin effect, the crude oil in the tubing is heated, therehy the flowability of the oil is increased, and the frictional torque on the rod string is decreased. Test and application show that the system is characterized hy long heat section, uniform heating and adjustable heating power, and it is especially suitable for the recovery of high viscousity, high condensation and high paraffin content crude oil.
