青海省湟水流域水资源问题初探

湟水流域是青海省的工农业生产基地和人口最集中的地区。由于人口和水资源量在地区上的分布不平衡,用水量占青海全省用水量的42%,水资源量仅为全省的3.5%,人均水资源不足0.10×104m3,加之水污染日益严重,水资源供需矛盾极为突出,直接制约着青海经济和社会的可持续发展。在分析该流域水资源特征和开发利用现状的基础上,针对目前存在的突出问题,提出了保护对策和措施。

The Primary Analysis of the Water Resources of the Huangshui Basin of Qinghai Province

The huangshui basin is the industry and agriculture production base and one of the most centralized area of population of the Qinghai Province.Because the population and the quantity of the water resources are not balanced in the local distribution,the consumption of water resources is 42% of all the Qinghai Province,the quantity of water resources only is 3.5% of all province,and the average per person water resources is less than 1000 m~3.Most of all,the water pollution is serious day by day,and the supply anddemand contradictory is extremely prominent,which is restricting the sustainable development of the economy and society of Qinghai Province directly.By the analysis of the characteristic of water resources and the present situation of water resources exploitation and utilization,the author proposed the protection countermeasure for the serious problem at present.
