高肇直流接地极过电压保护误动原因分析及解决方案

摘    要:分析2007年4月2日高肇直流高坡换流站发生的接地极过电压保护(59EL)误动作事件的原因,提出了相应的解决方案:将中性母线断路器在分位时将接地极过电压保护动作延时设置为12s,直流站控软件部分满足原有的联锁逻辑时,允许拉开高压母线隔离开关。此方案的有效性获得RTDS仿真证实。

Abstract:The cause of the event of electrode overvoltage protection (59EL) misoperation in Gaopo Converter Station of the Guizhou-Guangdong HVDC Transmission System, April 2, 2007, is analyzed, and a corresponding solution is given as follows: to set the delay time of electrode overvoltage protection with 12 s, and to allow the HV bus switch to open when the DC station control software meets the original interlocked logic. The validity of the solution is proved by RTDS simulation.
