约翰逊噪声测温及相关分析

摘    要:基于约翰逊噪声是电子热运动即器件电阻的本质表现法的属性,构建了不要求周期性定标的精确温度测量系统,分析了实现精确测温所遇到的理论性问题并提出了具体解决方案,同时考虑了测温法中涉及到的两个信号处理的概念,采用间接互相关分析算法论证了除噪效果的应用,给出了系统信号测量及处理的方案.

Abstract:Base on the attribute about Johnson Noise is that the basic principle representation of heat locomotion of electronics, construct that accurate temperature measurement system dispense with cyclicity demarcate. We have analysed the theory problem of realization accurately measuring temperature and have suggested a concrete method. At the same time, we have considered two concept of signal processing about temperature measurement and has adopt indirect cross correlation analysis algorithm to come to eliminate noise. Presented the scheme of system signal measurement and processing.
