| 摘 要： | 本文从全业务运营环境下运营商面临的新机遇出发,首先分析了国外全业务运营商发展IPTV的新思路以及用户对三屏互动的新需求,其次着重介绍了三屏互动的概念以及基于IPTV可开展的业务功能,最后探讨了基于IPTV发展三屏互动融合业务的技术实现构架.
