加强低碳经济教育以提高大学生的环保意识

强化高校低碳经济教育,让大学生理解低碳经济是指温室气体排放量尽可能低的经济发展方式,尤其是要有效控制CO2的排放量,是以低能耗、低排放、低污染为基础,核心是技术、制度创新和发展观的改变。只有当人们尤其是作为跨世纪建设者的大学生普遍树立起低碳环保意识时,才能形成社会力量来共同保护人类生存环境。可见,推广低碳生活,加强低碳经济教育是必要的。

Strengthening of Low-carbon Economy Education to Improve the Environmental Awareness of College Students

Low-carbon economy referred to greenhouse gas emissions at the lowest possible mode of economic development.Especially,the main greenhouse gas emissions took control in order to effectively reduce the CO2.As an economic pattern based on low energy consumption,low pollution and low emission,low-carbon economy raised energy utilization rate and brought about a clean energy structure.In order to adjust high carbon energy structure and reduce intensity of carbon emission,and build a resource-efficient and environment-friendly society,China should take opening and positive position and adopt effective measures to facilitate the low carbon economy.Finally,it concluded that these teaching modes can help reach the goal of cultivating the high quality talented university students who were able to focus on working,to work hard and to take adventures.
