摘    要:提供了一种对硝基氯化苯光催化氯化制备对二氯苯的方法,本方法反应速度快、选择性高、分离简便、产品纯度高,易工业化实施。优化的工艺条件为紫外光强度150W,波长365nm,反应温度160℃,反应时间4h,氯气流量4L/h。氯化液经精馏、结晶后,得到质量分数为99.9%以上的对二氯苯。

Abstract:The preparation method of paradichlorobenzene by photocatalysis chlorination of p - nitrochlorobenzene was put forward. The method had a lot of advantages, including fast reaction, high selectivity, simple seperation, high purity of products and easy industrialization. The optimization process conditions included ultraviolet intensity was 150 W, wave length was 365 nm, reaction temperature was 160 ℃, reaction time was 4 h, flow of chlroine gas was 4 L/h, and after rectification and crystallization of chlorinated liquid, the contents of paradichlorobenzene was over 99.9%.
