摘    要:为实现高速相位差测量,采用频域分析方法,通过可编程门阵列(FPGA)进行了快速傅里叶变换fFFT)运算,并且运用坐标旋转数字计算机(CORDIC)算法提高了其运算性能。最终,提出了一种新的实时相位差测量方法。仿真结果表明,在保证高速的同时,测量结果有较好的精度。

Abstract:In order to measure the phase difference at high speed, using the analyzing solution in frequency domain, with the field programmable gate array( FPGA), the FFT transformation was finished. The coordinate rotation digital computer(CORDIC) algorithm was used to improve the performance of the FPGA. A new real-time phase difference measurement method was proposed. The simulation results show that accurate measurement result can be obtained at high speed.
