| 摘 要： | 分析了底座零件的工艺特点，介绍了外壳注射模的结构及抽芯结构的确定．滑块结构的重新设计。模具在保证型腔强度的前提下，尽量减小模具的体积，降低了模具的费用。

| Abstract: | The technology character of the base is analyzed, the structure of outer shell injection mold and the determination of core pulling structure, as well as the re-design of slide structure are introduced respectively. Under the precondition of guaranteeing the intensity of cavity, the volume of mold can be minimized, and the costs of mold can be reduced as well. |
