高钢级管线钢中M-A组元的研究

摘    要:利用金相显微镜和电镜观察了高钢级管线钢中M-A组元的形貌,并计算分析了其尺寸、百分比及显 微结构。结果表明:该材料以20℃/S的冷却速度终冷至410℃的工艺下得到的M-A组元尺寸一般小于3μm,Lapera试剂腐蚀测量的百分比与利用SEM 金相照片所测量的结果有所差别,TEM衍射斑点分析得出M-A组元为多个取向的马氏体组合体。

Abstract:The morphology of M-A component of high grade pipeline steel was observed. Its size, content percentage and microstructure were analyzed and calculated by metallographic microscope, alt. The results indicated that the material with 20℃/s cooling velocity and 410℃ finish cooling temperature, the size of M-A components are no more than 3μm,it's different to the percentage of M-A components by Lepera reagent solution and SEM metallograph. The results of diffraction pattern in TEM indicated that M-A components are combination by different orientations martensite.
