少片变刚度钢板弹簧计算方法探讨

摘    要:在分析钢板弹簧计算方面经典方法的优缺点的基础上,在考虑U形螺栓的安装影响之后,利用数值计算的方法,提出了针对少片变刚度钢板弹簧的计算方法。与经典方法相比,该方法更接近钢板弹簧的实际工作环境,经过计算实例验证,其计算结果较精确。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of classical methods in the field of leaf spring calculation, after making a full consideration about the installation of the U bolt, a method which will be used on long taper leaf spring of varying stiffness was presented under the applications of numerical analysis method. Compared with the classical methods, the results of this method can be closer to the real work conditions of the leaf spring. And this method is verified to be exact through a calculation example.
