构建企业法律风险防范机制初探

随着企业所处内外环境的日趋复杂，人们观念和思维方式的变化，企业将面临更多的法律风险，需要特定的风险管理机制来保障企业持续稳定的发展。本文针对企业的合同法律风险、资本运作法律风险、知识产权法律风险、劳动关系管理法律风险，提出了企业构建法律风险防范机制的初步设想。

Construction of the Legal Risk Prevention Mechanism in Enterprises

As the internal and external environments are getting ever- increasingly complex and people＇s concept and the ways of thinking have changed, enterprises will face more legal risks. Therefore, particular risk management mechanism is needed to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprises. The paper puts forward the preliminary plans of constructing the legal risk prevention mechanism in enterprises to deal with legal risks arising in contracts, capital operations, intellectual property and/abor relations.
