提高柴油机高压共轨系统高压泵泵油能力的研究

摘    要:以成熟的柴油机高压共轨系统ECD-U2为模型,利用Hydsim软件进行模拟计算,分析并预测了共轨系统高压泵中柱塞直径、泵腔余隙容积、柱塞最大升程以及凸轮型线等主要结构参数对泵油能力及泄漏量的影响,为进一步提高共轨系统供油压力提出可行的方案。

Abstract:This paper based on the model of ECD-U2, a successful common-rail fuel injection system. A set of hydraulic calculations simulating by using the software Hydsim were done. The effects of the plunger diameter, the clearance volume of plunger cavity, the maximum lift of plunger as well as the cam profile etc of the pump in CR system on the rate of pumping and leakage were analyzed and predicated. The useful manners, which could increase pumping ability, were raised.
