摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于红外加热的恒温控制器,通过脉宽调制的方式改变加热器件的加热功率,采用数字PID控制算法,实现对加热室的温度控制。文中对恒温控制系统的硬件和软件设计进行说明,经过实验验证达到设计要求。

Abstract:This article introduces a constant temperature controller based on infrared heats up. By changing the heating power through the PWM mode and using the digital PID control algorithm, the design achieves the constant temperature control of the system. The article illustrates the hardware and software design of the system. Validated by lots of experiment, it satisfies the request of the design.
