都龙难选锌矿物选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:试样锌矿物难选的主要因素为易浮硅质矿物和硫铁矿的于扰。AC抑制剂能有效地抑制易浮硅质矿物;ZJ 捕收剂的选择性较好,对易浮硅质矿物的捕收弱,同时ZJ捕收剂与硫化矿物的吸附作用不是很牢,精选时捕收剂较易脱落,有利于抑制硫铁矿;将锌精选Ⅰ的尾矿经扫选后直接排尾,较好地解决了硫铁矿在浮锌系统的恶性循环问题,有利于提高锌精矿的锌品位。采用较简单的工艺流程对都龙难选锌矿物进行浮锌试验,取得较好的技术指标。

XPERIMENT STUDY OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS ON FLOTATION OF REFRACTORY ZINC MINERALS IN DULONG

Abstract:The sample of zinc mineral is difficult to select, while the main factor is the interference between the easy-floating silica minerals and sulfurous iron ore. The AC inhibitor can effectively restrain the easy- floating silica minerals; while the ZJ collector have better selectivity and weak collection to the easy- floating silica minerals, simultaneously, the adsorption of ZJ collector and sulfide minerals is not very firm, thus the collector can easily shed when refining and benefits to restrain sulfurous iron ore; the tailings of zinc concentrate I were drained directly after scavenging, which can better solve the vicious circulation of sulfurous iron ore in the float zinc system, and is beneficial to improve the zinc grade of zinc concentrate. By the float zinc experiment of refractory zinc minerals in Dulong, using more simple technological process, proper technical performances were obtained.
