摘    要:针对湖南华菱湘潭钢铁集团有限公司引进ABB大方坯异形电磁搅拌器在使用过程中出现接头渗漏、绝缘下降、寿命短等问题,开展了ABB电磁搅拌器国产化研究及改进设计。介绍了ABB电磁搅拌器的结构、特点和不足,简述了其磁感应强度分布;为保证改进电磁搅拌器的磁场强度,设计时使用了ANSYS有限元分析软件对磁感应强度理论数据进行了模拟,能够满足工艺需求。

Abstract:Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. imported a big bloom and abnormity EMS stirrer system from ABB, but some disfigurements were found during production, including tie-in leakage, insulation fall, short life time etc. Aimed at solving those disfigurements, an improvement of research and design was performed. In this paper, ABB stirrer’s configuration, characteristic and disfigurements were introduced, and magnetic field distribution was briefly described. In order to ensure magnetic intensity, an ANSYS emulator software was used to simulate theoretic magnetic field,and it is confirmed that the magnetic intensity can meet technical requirement.
