430不锈钢热轧板夹杂物分析

利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜能谱分析对430铁素体不锈钢头坯、尾坯、混浇坯和正常坯对应热轧板中全氧、夹杂物的类型和面积百分比作综合检测和分析。结果表明： 430不锈钢热轧板中夹杂物主要为CaO-SiO2-MgO硅酸盐夹杂和Al2O3-MgO-CaO系球状氧化物夹杂；头坯、尾坯和混浇坯对应的热轧板中全氧质量分数分别为41×10-6、39×10-6和37×10-6，高于正常坯对应热轧板中的28×10-6；夹杂物的面积百分比分别为0.031%、0.028%和0.039%，也高于正常坯对应热轧板中的0.02%。

Analysis of Inclusions in Hot-Rolled Plate of 430 Ferritic Stainless Steel

The total oxygen content、the types and area percentage of the non-metallic inclusions in 430 hot-rolled plate corresponding to the head blank, last blank, mixed-casting slab and normal slab were analyzed by means of OM and SEM．The results show that the CaO-SiO2-A12O3 ciliate inclusion and the Al2O3-MgO-CaO globular oxide inclusion are the main inclusions in the 430 ferritic stainless steel; the total oxygen content in 430 hot-rolled plate corresponding to the head blank、last blank、mixed-casting slab are 41×10-6、39×10-6 and 37×10-6 respectively, are higher than 28×10-6 of the normal slab; the area percentage of the non-metallic inclusions in 430 hot-rolled plate corresponding to the head blank、last blank、mixed-casting slab are 0.031％、0.028％ and 0.039％ respectively, are also higher than 0.02％ of the normal slab.
