宽厚板坯外弧角横裂控制实践

摘    要:为了实现大单重钢板采取连铸坯生产,南阳汉冶特钢有限公司2011年5月份投建了国内最大断面的宽厚板坯连铸机(厚420mm×宽2700mm),由于投产后以稳产为主,未及时进行相关工艺参数调试,导致起初在生产300 、350mm厚度的普碳系列钢、低合金(包括含微合金化元素的低合金)系列钢连铸坯时外弧角横裂纹严重。后通过一系列措施调整后,有效解决了特厚板坯外弧角横裂纹,满足了大生产需要。

Abstract:In order to produce steel plates with large single weight from continuous casting slab, Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Corporation built a wide and thick slab caster with the largest section in China. Since the production is stable after putting into production of slab caster, the relevant technological parameters had not been adjusted in time, so that many transverse cracks appeared at the corner of the outer arc of the slab in the process of the production of 300 and 350mm casting slab of carbon steel and low alloy (including those containing micro-alloyed elements) series. The transverse crack at the corner of the outer arc of the slab was greatly reduced by adopting a series of measures, satisfying the need of mass production.
