| Abstract: | At the age of information,the sensor systems are becoming micronization,intellectualization and multifunctionalization,the status quo,function and developing prospect of micro sensor,intellectual sensor and multifunctional sensor are discussed chiefly in this paper and some of succesful application examples are given as well. |
