| 摘 要： | 阐述了模具“可靠性设计”的内涵,通过分析模具可靠性设计的特点及其在应用可靠性理论时与电类系统、设备和产品的差别,对模具的可靠性设计原则和方法进行了简要评述。提出模具可靠性设计的实质内容在于设计阶段对模具可能发生的各种故障进行预测和预防。

| Abstract: | This essay expounds the connotation of “ reliability design ” for die & mould, by analyzing the features of reliability design and the differences when the Reliability Theory is used in electric system, equipments and products, the Principles and methods of reliability design for die & mould are briefly commented on in the essay. And the author concludes that the essence of reliability design for Die & mould is to calculate and take precautions against all potential breakdowns while designing is on. |
