摘 要: | 钙的存在是影响铁氧体永磁材料磁性能的重要因素之一,快速准确地测定其中的钙含量,是永磁材料生产中质量控制的关键。采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定钙,但磁性材料中的Si、Al的存在对钙的测定有严重的负干扰。本研究试验结果表明,用盐酸溶解样品,并添加锶盐作释放剂,能有效消除Si、Al等元素对原子吸收测定磁材中微量钙的干扰。此法简便快捷,有较高准确度,结果可靠。

Abstract: | The existence of calcium is an important factor of which affects magnetic performance of a permanent ferrimagnetFor this reason,fast and accurate determination of calcium is a key to control the quality of productsThe coexistence of silicon and aluminum in a permanent ferrimagnet will bring serious negative interference to direct determination of calcium by air acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometryThe results obtained in this study indicated that the interference of silicon and aluminum to the determination of calcium in a permanent ferrimagnet by atomic absorption spectrometry can be eliminated by means of sample digestion with hydrochloric acid and addition of strontium salt as releasing agentThe proposed method is convenient,rapid and accurate,and comes out well |
