循环流化床锅炉对炉墙的特别要求主要体现在：炉膛密相区是循环流化床锅炉中工作环境最恶劣的地方，在防磨销钉焊接区浇注非烧结、微收缩耐磨耐火浇注料；回料阀部位尺寸要求严格，几何形状复杂，必须一次浇注成型；分离器内筒烟气温度高、流速高，要求耐火材料耐磨强度和热震稳定性高，并必须保证砌筑质量。
