摘    要:为配合江阴市水资源综合规划,研究白屈港引水对江阴市东部水体环境改善效果,2005年9月23日,在江阴市进行原型模型实验。利用调水工程实测数据,分析计算了沿途布设的监测断面的过水量、分流率,并对调水前后的水质指标进行对比分析。结果表明:白屈港调水对江阴市东部河道有一定的改善效果,但是由于受多种因素影响,某些区域效果甚微。在此基础上提出了一些水系改造方案和水利工程建设措施,以期达到最佳的引水效果。最后指出截污治污工程与水利工程相结合是下一步研究的方向。

Abstract:For better implementation of water resources planning,a prototype test was performed in Jiangyin City to investigate the effects of water diversion at Baiqugang on the water environment.The discharge and diversion ratio at the monitoring cross sections along the water diversion route were calculated and water quality before and after the operation of the diversion was compared using monitoring data.The results indicate that water diversion at Baiqugang improved to a certain extent the water quality of rivers in the eastern part of Jiangyin City,but did very little to improve water quality in some other regions because of multiple factors.River network training and hydraulic projects are used to optimize the diversion function.The combination of pollution control and hydraulic projects will be further researched.
