氨水吸收法脱除燃煤烟气多种污染物的实验研究

摘    要:采用氨水吸收法脱除燃煤烟气的污染物,是一种既能脱除烟气中的CO2,也能脱除烟气中的SOx,对烟气中的Hg也有一定脱除效果的多种污染物控制技术,本工作进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,氨与CO2的摩尔比、氨水浓度、停留时间和烟气温度等因素影响CO2吸收效率。在实验条件下,对SO2的吸收效率接近100%。对Hg等金属含量的测试结果与操作条件没有明显的规律性,一般可使烟气中Hg的浓度降低10%以上,液体产物中Hg等金属的含量明显增高。

Abstract:Removal of pollutant by hydrous ammonia absorbing from coal-burning flue gas is one kind of multi-pollutant control technology which can remove CO2 and SO2 in flue gas simultaneously and has a certain effect on removal of Hg, and is studied experimentally. The result shows that such factors as molar ratio of ammonia and CO2, concentration of hydrous ammonia, resident time and gas temperature influence CO2 absorption. At the condition of the experiment SO2 absorbing rate is almost 100%. The test results of Hg and other metal show no evident regular pattern. Generally the concentration of Hg in flue gas can be decreased more than 10% and the content of Hg and other metal in liquid product increase obviously.
