摘    要:通过对多流体碱雾发生器中伴随气固两相流的蒸发喷雾射流的数值模拟,得到了碱雾发生器内气液固三相的速度矢量场.计算结果表明,气体轴向速度呈中间高两头低的对称分布;对于不同粒径的液滴,呈现出不同的空间分布规律,大液滴由于惯性大,可以穿越周围的气流区,比小液滴有更大的扩展角;在喷嘴出口2倍管道直径区域,由于雾化液滴与固体颗粒存在较大的速度差,有利于固体颗粒的碰撞增湿.

Abstract:Numerical simulation of an evaporaing spray jet with concurrent gas-solid flows in multi-fluid alkaline spray generator is carried out to predict the detailed flow field of the gas,spray droplets and solid particles with a hybrid Eulerian-Lagrangian model.The model takes into account for droplet evaporation,heat transfer due to droplet-solid collisions and interphase interactions among gas, droplets and solids.The numerical results show that the gas axial velocity distribution is symmetrical in the radial direction with high velocity in the core and low velocity in the bilateral.The spatial distribution of the spray droplets have wider spray cone angles than small droplets in the confined space.And the relative velocity between the droplets and solid particles is large enough to benefit for the collisions and humidifications of solid particles in the region of nozzle exit.
