| 摘 要： | 文章对虚拟企业组织形式、业务流程管理及信息系统架构及实现进行了研究,针对虚拟企业中采用和实施生产管理信息系统的策略进行了分析,提出了分布式多ERP系统的无缝集成解决方案,实现了虚拟企业产业链和企业内部工作流程的一体化控制,并对在报装行业具体应用给出了实例分析。
