摘    要:采用实验室浸泡及电化学实验方法,研究了循环水模拟溶液中Cl(-)含量对20号和08碳钢腐蚀的影响规律.结果表明,随着Cl含量的升高,20号和08碳钢的耐腐蚀性能均下降;当Cl(-)含量不超过750μg/g时,20号和08碳钢在模拟循环水中的耐蚀性相当;当Cl含量超过750 μg/g时,08碳钢比20号碳钢具有更优异的耐...

Abstract:The effect of chloride ion content in simulated circulating water on the corrosion behavior of 20# carbon steel and 08 carbon steel was investigated by means of laboratory immersion and electrochemical methods. The results showed that with the increase of chloride ion content, the corrosion resistance of both 20# and 08 carbon steel materials decreased. When the chloride ion content was less than 750 g/g, corrosion resistance performance of the two materials in the simulation solution were similar; however, when the chloride ion content was more than 750 g/g, 08 carbon steel exhibited superior corrosion resistance in simulation solution as compared with 20 # carbon steel.
