摘    要:建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定饮用水中微囊藻毒素LR的方法,比较了不同品牌C18反相固相萃取柱、萃取柱活化时间、萃取柱空气干燥时间、淋洗液和洗脱液种类对微囊藻毒素LR的提取率的影响,并对色谱条件进行优化,得到了测定饮用水中微囊藻毒素LR样品前处理和分析的最佳条件。该法的检测限可达0.02ug/L,线性定量范围为0.1~50ug/L,提取回收率达85%以上。

Abstract:A solid phase extraction method of microcystic toxins in drinking water was developed in this paper,the effect of extraction time,extractant,eluent and air-dying time on the extraction rate was examined,and the chromatography conditions were optimized.The detection limit of this way on microcystic toxins LR was 0.02ug/L,the liner range was from 0.1 to 50ug/L,and the recovery rate was more than 85%.The method showed good extraction effect,high recovery and practicality.
