摘    要:利用水提醇沉法提取石花菜多糖(GAP),通过单因素和正交实验考察了温度、时间、料液比和提取次数等因素对GAP提取率的影响。结果表明,GAP的最适宜提取工艺条件是:料液比为1g∶30mL,温度75℃,时间2h,提取3次。GAP对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除实验表明,GAP具有良好的抗氧化活性,而且对2种自由基的清除能力强弱顺序是.OH〉O2-.。

Abstract:Polysaccharides(GAP) was extracted from Gelidium amansii by water-extraction and ethanol precipitation method.The effects of extraction temperature,time,the ratio of raw material to water and extraction times on the yield of GAP were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as following: the ratio of raw material to water is 1g∶30mL,extraction temperature 75℃,extraction time 2h,and frequency of extraction 3 times.The scavenging capacity of GAP to hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion free radical were studied,and the results indicated that GAP had good antioxidant activity and its scavenging capacity to ·OH was much higher than that of O2-·.
