摘    要:对几种氯乙酰氯合成工艺进行了分析和评价,特别是产品收率、产品纯度和安全环保情况等。针对氯乙酰氯生产中易对周围环境造成污染的问题,着重叙述了尾气回收利用的方法——直接水洗吸收法、有机溶剂吸收法、干燥精馏联合回收法等。通过吸收处理,将尾气中的氯化氢气体制成工业盐酸,在保护环境的同时也减少了工业资源的浪费,增加了企业效益。

Abstract:Several synthesis processes for chloroacetyl chloride are analyzed and accessed in respects of yield, product purity, safety and environmental protection. According to the problems of easily polluting the surroundings during production of ehloroaeetyl chloride, the methods of treating its tail gas, such as direct water absorption, organic solvent absorption, and combination method of drying and distillation, are described emphatically. The hydrogen chloride contained in the tail gas is converted into hydrochloric acid by absorption, and thus protecting the environment, decreasing the waste of industrial resources, and increasing the benefits of enterprises.
