摘    要:对国内引起高线吐丝机的横向振动与扭转振动进行了理论分析与计算,建立了吐线机横向振动与扭转振动的力学和数学模型;经过计算机模态分析,排除了两种共振的说法,确定吐丝机的强烈振动属于一阶受迫振动非共振响应。解决了高丝吐丝机所存在的实际振动问题,生产速度,为企业增他了很大的经济效益。

Abstract:Theoretical analysis and calculation were provided for the transverse & torsion vibration of the laying head imported from England Dynamic and mathematical models of the transverse and torsion vibration were set up Two points of view about transverse resonance & torsion resonance are to be abandoned according to the results of the emulation analysis on computer The vibration of the laying head is a first order non resonance response of forced vibration And the serious vibration of this laying head has been totally eliminated So the productivity of this mill has been greatly increased Therefore,the enterprise gains a great economic benefit
