摘    要:通过分析二轧厂屈服强度不合格的AH36船板钢拉伸试样的成分、金相组织情况,复查AH36船板钢的工艺情况,对屈服不合格问题提出了多方面的改进措施.实践表明,在采取有效改进措施后,AH36船板钢的屈服强度合格率由86%提高到了99%以上.

Abstract:The unqualified yield strength of AH36 hull plate steel produced at SISG medium plate plant was analyzed by characterizing its composition and microstructure,and reviewing its production process.Countermeasures to solve the problem with the low yield strength was then proposed.The results indicated that the acceptance rate of the AH36 hull plate steel with respect to its yield strength was increased from 86% to 99%.
