韶钢大型高炉风口焦取样及分析技术研究

摘    要:采用风口取样机对韶钢7号高炉回旋区和死料柱进行取样,对风口回旋区长度、炉芯透气透液性及炉缸活性、炉缸碱金属富集情况等进行了一系列的分析,指出焦炭热强度维持在65以上对高炉强化冶炼至关重要.

Abstract:With coke samples sampled from the raceway zone and pillaring zone of No.7 BF at SISG using a tuyere sampling machine,a number of analyses,such as the depth of the raceway zone,the permeability of the pillaring zone,and the activity and alkali enrichment of the furnace hearth were then carried out,and it was found that the hot strength of the coke must be above 65 in order to intensify the BF.
