| 摘 要： | 经过20多年的发展，太阳能家用电源已经具备了市场化的基础。从光伏项目的实效看，在现阶段太阳能家用电源要比光伏电站更有优势。今后国家对于逐渐走向成熟的太阳能家用电源市场，应给予持续稳定的扶持政策。文章对“送电到村”工程的实施提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | After more than 20 years of development,Home Solar Power System(HSPS) is proved to be one of the best ways to solve the lack-of-electricity problem in China's vast and remote rural west,and has already laid a market-based foundation.By the comparation of the actual effects under present condition,the HSPS is superior to the public photovoltaic power stations set up domestically.This viewpoint might be taken into consideration for making future energy policy.The authors hope that HSPS gains continuous and steady policy support to achieve market maturity,and put forward seven suggestions to the project of " sending electricity to the villages". |
