摘    要:400kt/a硫磺制酸装置是我国目前已投产最大的单线生产装置。针对该装置余热回收才发电系统的设计进行了总结,全面介绍了它们的工艺数据、设备布置,重点剖析了工程及设备的特点。该装置的长期安全运行为我国建设更大的硫磺制酸装置,实现国产化打下了基础。

Abstract:The 400?kt/a sulfur based sulfuric acid plant is the largest single train plant on stream in China.The paper summarizes the design of the waste heat recovery and power generation system of the plant,describes in detail the process data and equipment layout of the system,and analyzes characteristics of the project and equipment.The long term safe operation of the plant has laid a foundation for localization of the larger sulfur based sulfuric acid plants to be constructed in China.
