集装箱板冷弯表面微裂纹的成因

摘    要:对集装箱板冷弯时表面微裂纹的成因进行分析。结果表明:轧制表面层的粗晶、混晶和沿轧向的分层是引起表面微裂纹的重要原因,而氧与氮含量较高对冷弯性能有不利影响;并提出了改变轧制变形量、加大轧制后冷却速度的改进工艺和方法。

Abstract:The mechanism of surface microcrack formation on container plate in cold bending tests was analysed.The microstructure was observed.The results show that the surface microcrack formation on container plate was mainly related to the gross grain and mixed grain in the surface of plate.Improving production technology and method to avoid microcrack formation are suggested.
