| Abstract: | The paper mainly expatiates on the importance of perfecting the teaching documents and bylaws and explains the primary principles of undertaking the job, which includes updating our word timely and moderately, emending and optimize the teaching documents and bylaws faithfully, performing the spirit of teaching documents and bylaws well, and strengthening teaching standardization management. |
