| 摘 要： | 介绍不同牌号乳聚丁苯橡胶的性能特点及应用.SBR1502胶料的焦烧时间比SBR1500胶料有所缩短,硫化速度稍慢;SBR1507具有优异的加工性能;SBR1516胶料的硫化速度比SBR1502胶料稍慢,但加工性能较好,具有突出的抗湿滑性能;SBR1721胶料的硫化速度比SBR1712胶料慢,具有优异的抗湿滑性能;与非充油胶相比,充油胶具有加工性能好、生热低和耐磨性能好等特点,可降低生产成本.

| Abstract: | The specific properties and application of different grades of ESBR are described.In comparison to SBR1500 compound,SBR1502 compound gives shorter scorch time and somewhat lower curing rate;SBR1507 possesses excellent processibility;in comparison to SBR1502 compound,SBR1516 compound gives somewhat lower curing rate,but better processibility and outstanding wet traction;in comparison to SBR1712 compound,SBR1721 compound gives lower curing rate,but excellent wet traction;and in comparison to non-oil-extended SBR,oil-extended SBR gives better processibility,lower heat build-up,improved abrasion resistance and lower production cost. |
