铁路企业精细化管理浅析

在引入市场化竞争机制的背景下,对于铁路企业而言,为了能够在市场竞争中谋求稳定的生存与长足的发展,就需要以对自身经营管理模式的改进为途径,突破传统意义上粗放化经营管理的局限性与缺失,积极促进经营管理模式向着精细化方向发展。论文即着眼于这一实际情况,以铁路企业精细化管理作为研究对象,在简要探讨铁路企业精细化管理价值的基础上,指出了当前践行精细化管理中存在的不足之处,并提出了几点促进精细化管理模式落实的措施与建议,希望能够引起各方工作人员的特别关注与重视。
