摘    要:钢筋和混凝土两者的弹性模量较接近,还有较好的黏结力,这样既发挥了各自的受力性能,又能很好地协调工作,共同承担结构构件所承受的外部荷载。筋保护层厚度过小,一方面容易造成钢筋露筋或钢筋受力时表面混凝土剥落,另一方面随着时间的推移,表面的混凝土将逐渐碳化,从而导致钢筋锈蚀,断面减小,强度降低,钢筋与混凝土之间失去黏结力,构件整体性受到破坏,严重时还会导致整个结构体系的破坏。重点应从两方面着手,一是结合质量体系中的作业指导书抓施工前技术交底;二是抓我们质量体系中提到的施工过程要素控制。保护层最小厚度的规定是为了使混凝土结构构件满足的耐久性要求和对受力钢筋有效锚固的要求。混凝土保护层厚度大,构件的受力钢筋黏结锚固性能、耐久性和防火性能越好。

Abstract:As having similar elastic modulus and good cohesion, reinforcement bar and concrete can deliver their own mechanical performance and also work cohesively to withstand the external loading. Thin steel bar cover layer will lead to reinforcement exposure or flaking of concrete cover. Furthermore, when the time passed, the exterior concrete will carbonize gradually. Concrete carbonization causes reinforcement corrosion and then decreases the section area and strength. The bar will lose cohesive force with the concrete. The result of these series processes is losing the integrity of structural element. With severe situations the whole structural system will crash. There are two main points needed to be handled. One is the technical explanation which is combined with quality control system guide bookbefore construction. The other is relevant control issues of construction in the quality system guide book. The provision of minimum protection layer is to ensure the concrete structure can satisfy the requirement of durability and the effective anchorage length of reinforcement. Larger the concrete protect layer, the better performance ofc ohesion, duration and fire resistance in steel reinforcement.
