火力发电厂刚性基层环氧树脂混凝土路面层间黏结性能有限元分析

摘    要:重点研究了基面层厚度、基面层模量、超载、车辆行驶状态以及不同基面层间接触状态对行车方向、路宽方向上的基面层间剪应力最大值的影响。研究结果表明、增大基面层模量,对于提高层间黏结性能作用不大;增大基面层厚度,对于提高层间黏结性能有利,但考虑到造价等多方面因素的影响,如何合理确定面层厚度,是路面敷设层铺装前必须解决的问题。随着车辆超载量的增加,路面结构层间抗剪能力不断减小,应严格控制超载超限运输;车辆在启动、制动情况下,层间剪应力有较大幅度的增大,是导致路面层间黏结性能失效的关键因素,应引起高度重视;良好的层间接触条件将在一定程度上提高层间黏结性能,从而有效提高路面结构的使用性能及使用寿命。

Abstract:Because of various means of transportation and the requirements of environmental protection, more heavy-loaded trunks are running inside power plant area. Using new material, reasonable design for heavy-duty road is an effective measure to ensure traffic safety. Owing to shear stress is too high, adhesive failure between layers is one of the main failure modes. The finite element analysis model of epoxy resin concrete overlay and rigid sub strate using the so flware ANSYS was built. Numerical analysis was conducted, focusing on the value o fmaximum shear stre s s between overlay and substrate in the travelling lane direction and the transverse direction in different cases such as variable thickness of surface and base, modulus of surface and base, overload, vehicle state and the contact state between surface and base. From the research results, we can draw some conclusions: the effect of improving the ability of bearing shear load is little by increasing the modulus of the overlay and substrate; increasing the thickness of overlay and substrate contributes to improving the adhesive property, but considering the influence of various factors such as cost, reasonably determining the thickness of the overlay is a key problem which should be solved before overlay installation; along with overload, shear capacity of pavement layers is reduced, therefore, overload transportations must been prohibited; shear stress between pavement layers is substantial increasing, when vehicles in start and brake situations, as a key factor, which leads to the destruction of pavement layers adhesive property, it should be highly focused on by the road designer and construction workers; good contact situation of pavement layers, will increase shear resistance performance of pavement layers in a certain degree, thus effectively increase the utility performance of pavement and service life.
