基于工程量清单计价模式的合同文本研究

建筑界普遍运用总价合同开展工作,但没有一套可以参考、应用的清单计价合约样本。根据中国实际发展状况制定一份清单计价模式的合约样本是非常有必要的。论文分析了当前我国的合同文本存在的问题,指出计价方式的改革需要合同机制相配套,《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》GF-1999-0201不能包揽一切工程项目;研究在合同履行中合同主体的公平性,价款调整的合理性,清单项目的完整性这些问题,最后编制基于工程量清单计价模式下的合同文本。

Contract Research Based on Bill of Quantities Pricing Mode

This pap er analyzes the current problena o fthe text ofth e contract in our country, points out that the reform of the pricing mechanism need to contract, the constructi on project construction contract （demonstrative text） GF -- 1999-0201 can＇t do everything engineering projects; Al~er studying the possibility of the contract subject of fairness and rationality of the price adjustment, listing proj ects the integrity o fthe se problem s, finally compiled based on the quantities bill valuation mode of contract text.
