摘 要: | 采用多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn的履带车辆子系统Track(LM)建立履带式湿地系列推土机多体动力学模型,对推土机的行走机构进行了仿真分析,着重对不同接地比压的履带式湿地推土机在相同含水量的路面运行过程中负重轮、驱动轮、履带销轴,以及斜支撑进行受力分析,提出结构改进优化建议及延长履带行走系统使用寿命的措施,为履带式湿地系列推土机的设计及使用提供参考.

Abstract: | A multi-body dynamical model for crawler wetland series bulldozers is first established using the tracked vehicle subsystem, i. e. Track (LM), of the simulation software RecurDynTM~ By simulating and analyzing the walking system, such loading analysis as the loading wheel, driving wheel, crawler pin-axle and slanting support are then speculated in terms of the different grounding specific pressures yet the same water-content roads. Then, the structural improvement and optimization recommendations, together with walking system life-cycle extension metrics, are finally postulated. Therein, this approach sets a reference to the design and application for crawler wetland series bulldozers. |
