高标号钢渣矿渣水泥试验研究

摘    要:实验结果表明,使用外加剂N(或M)可以大幅度提高钢渣矿渣水泥的强度,3d抗压强度可增加5.0MPa, 28 d抗压强度可提高7.0 MPa,同时,硬石膏或烧石膏在促进水泥水化硬化方面要优于二水石膏。并且在钢渣 矿渣总量达70%的情况下,成功制备出42.5等级的优质水泥。

Abstract:It is shown in the laboratory results that adding in admixture N (or M)can raise the strength of steel slag and mineral slag cement dramatically with the 3 d compression strength increased to 5.0 MPa and 28 d compression strength increased to 7.0 Mpa. Otherwise anhydrite and burnt gypsum is better than dihydrate gypsum in the aspect of improving hydration and hardening of cement. Moreover cement with good quality in grade 42.5 can be produced successfully when the total amount of steel slag and mineral slag reaches 70 %.
