| Abstract: | A novel sensor and apparatus for measuring humidity are described. The hair is used to be sense organ for the sensor. The sensor has some characteristic of low demand of measure environment, high measure speed,high precision and anti rust. The measuring principle and measuring circuit are described in detail.This apparatus adapt to measure gas humidity on real time for industry production course. |
